Do you ever need a touch of R’n'R? Yup, us too. And now you can do it on the cheap too! SenSpa at Carey Manor Hotel is offering two special workshops where you create your own spa products and you get to use the facilities for just £35. Bargain! So we popped along to check it out and for some much-needed chill out time.
SenSpa is a Thai-themed spa, where you’re greeted with ‘Sawatdeekah’ and a hot tea before settling into your robe and enjoying the facilities. We seriously recommend you try out the hydrotherapy area – alongside the usual steam room and sauna there is a special shower room that gives you the choice of Tropical, Ice or Sea. We don’t want to give too much away but if you’re feeling brave opt for ice – your skin will thank you for it after. Promise.
The next two workshops are planned for the 25th February and 25th March 2013, and remember, you’ll get to make your own products to take home and you will get use of the facilities after 6pm, topped off by a yummy smoothie.
