Last night we popped along to the O2, London to get ‘Up Close and Personal’ with Peter Andre as the singer kicked off his arena tour. And boy does he know how to put on a show…
With an all-male (um, hot!) dance troupe, the blockbuster-themed show channelled James Bond, Singin’ in the Rain and Mission Impossible – complete with magic tricks, illusions and a super-cute duet between Pete and his brother Chris. Aww.
His set list included the, ahem, classics – Mysterious Girl and Behind Closed Doors as well as lots of covers from Bon Jovi to John Lennon. Yep, really. Our fave part was the reggae set, where Pete even covered Bob Marley tracks. The whole arena was on their feet singing and dancing their hearts out.
And one lucky girl really got Up Close and Personal when Pete serenaded her live on stage. Pick us next time, eh Pete?
