Rihanna kept it demure in black this Halloween. The usually daring pop star was more fancy wear then fancy dress last night for the Halloween Parade Ceremony on La Cienega Boulevard, West Hollywood.

The Diamonds singer vamped up her black high neck top and lace knee length skirt with red lips and signature talons. Despite the stars lack of costume she still managed to bag the events Queen of the City award presented to her by city major, John Duran.
