Last night’s Pride of Britain Awards attracted hoardes of stars to London’s Grosvenor House Hotel. Not only was it a chance to celebrate some of the nation’s bravest young people – but a chance to get dressed up to the nines.
The X Factor girls did not disappoint with judge Tulisa Contostavlos leading the way. The girls’ mentor dazzled in a jewel green dress with black lace detail by Ariella Couture. She kept the look simple with understated black accessories for effortless glamour.
Following the lead of her talent-show tutor was Ella Henderson. The 16-year old singing sensation sparkled in an embellished tangerine evening gown. The singing sensation stole the spotlight in a Virgo Lounge maxi dress, and wore a red poppy to show respect for our country’s heroes.
Strictly presenter Tess Daly opted for understated and sexy in a jaw dropping black maxi with thigh-high slit. The blonde bombshell oozed sex appeal with loosely tousled curls and signature smokey eyes.
Not to be outshone by fellow presenters, This Morning babe Holly Willoughby went elegant in black velvet by Project D. The fabulous figure hugging dress shimmered with silver sequin detailing across the shoulders, which was complemented by glamorous heels. Holly completed her look with a very fitting (and necessary) Union Jack umbrella to keep her safe from rain hair!
