It wasn’t engineering works or signal failures causing delays to London commuters’ journeys today. It was the buzz caused by the arrival of Newcastle’s finest – the cast of Geordie Shore – fresh off the plane from their wild partying in Cancun, Mexico.
As a grey sky fell across the capital forcing us to bid farewell to yesterday’s spot of sunshine, this lot brought along a palm tree, sombrero and even a spot of sand to Liverpool Street Station, ready to ‘get in there like swimwear’.
