Rock Of Ages is the silver screen adaptation of the stage show (currently starring Shayne Ward, don’t you know) and follows a young small town pair’s journey towards their Hollywood dreams.
Tom Cruise shakes off his action and rom-com roles to become Stacee Jaxx, who’s every inch the arrogant rocker. And no, that’s not a dig about Tom’s height.
The film’s had a host of famous cameos thrown at it (Catherine Zeta Jones, Russell Brand and Mary J. Blige) not to mention a catchy soundtrack, including Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, and, Glee’s fave, Journey. Oh yes.
The premiere is happening this weekend ahead of the film’s release on June 13.
