I’ve done it! I’ve hit my target! As it was my last week I went for a final
push and went to the No1 Boot Camp for seven days.
Each day started at 6.30am doing an assault course for an hour! Then we had a
healthy breakfast of poached eggs or porridge. Afterwards it was straight
back into exercise – lots of cardio. We could snack on carrots or oatcakes
and houmous. Lunch was great – chicken or beef salad, and the chef there was
amazing. I’ve loved eating healthily, although sticking to 1,500 calories is
hard, and I did burn my mouth by sprinkling too much chilli on my chicken.
After lunch we went for a walk then after dinner we all conked out by
10.30pm – we were knackered.
Lydia got teary the other day telling me how different I look. It really
touched me. Loads of people at the TV Choice Awards said how much slimmer I
was too. But this isn’t the end. I’m going to keep going until I
hit 15st! Watch this space…
