MARTINI CHRISTMAS CRUMBLE

Ingredients

MARTINI Bianco – 1 part

Apple juice – 1 part

Jamaican Ginger Beer – ½ part

Method

Pour MARTINI Bianco in a glass, then add the apple juice and top up with
ginger beer.

Garnish (if you’re feeling brave!)

Caramelised apple slice and raisin

Preparation method

1. Heat a cooking pan with brandy and add the apple slice

2. Add caster sugar and heat until melted and bubbling

3. Allow the sugar to caramelise, then add the raisins, stirring a little to
coat the apple. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top

4. Boil the sauce for 2-3 minutes, or until thickened, then remove from the
heat.

MARTINI ROYALE

Ingredients

MARTINI ROSATO – 2 part

MARTINI Prosecco – 2 part

One slice of orange

Method

Pour MARTINI ROSATO in a large wine glass and top it up with MARTINI Prosecco.

Squeeze a slice of orange in to the glass – and then drop the slice in too.
