The TV presenter, 30, talks hangover cures, body hang-ups, recent splurges and mircale beauty products

The song that makes me cry

“After The Storm by Mumford & Sons. It reminds me of a break–up
about a year ago. The song still makes me cry, even though I’m over the
split!”

My hangover cure

“A Bloody Mary, roast dinner at The Stag in London’s Hampstead (1),
and a coffee.”

The memory that makes me smile

“Seeing my twin sister Jody give birth to her daughter, Willow. I cried with
joy.”

My miracle beauty product

“I’m addicted to Aesop Fabulous Face Oil, £30 for 25ml.”

How I like to relax

“Sitting quietly at home, my phone switched off, surrounded by candlelight.
Diptyque’s Jasmin candles, £36 each (2), are my favourite.
They’re divine.”

The book I’ve read again and again

“A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini (3). I read it on
the train and no one warned me how much I’d cry. It’s a beautiful book I
keep going back to.”

The part of my body I’m proudest of

“My legs. At school I hated them because they were so skinny. The boys called
me lucky legs – because I was lucky they didn’t break. But as I matured, I
realised my legs weren’t bad at all.”

My latest splurge

“I recently splashed out £24,000 on a Mini Cooper (4) with
all the extras. It’s white with black stripes on the bonnet and a black
roof. If Coco Chanel designed a car, it would look like this.”
