“I’m naturally blonde, but I dye my hair dark so I have
no idea if I’ve got grey hairs – although I should have considering the
stress I’ve been under recently! My hair’s in really good condition thanks

“The party season is the perfect time to add glitter to
my make-up, so I really sparkle. I love i.d. Bare Minerals Eyecolour in
Plum, £12.50, for festive glamour. Eyes say everything about a person – they
can reveal if you’re lying, happy or sad so it’s important to make the most
of them. I could never do without Diorliner Precision Eyeliner in Black,
£21.50, which accentuates my eyes.”
ARMS
“Since splitting up with Pete, I’ve started working out
in a boxing gym and now my arms are looking more defined. Pete’s lost so
much weight he doesn’t look like him any more, whereas I’m the healthiest
I’ve ever been.”
BACK
“I had sciatica – a pain that starts in the back and goes
to the legs – when I was pregnant. And I had morning sickness, too, so
pregnancy wasn’t a very nice experience. The only thing I liked was when I
could feel my babies kick and when they came out!”
HANDS
“Seven years ago, I had cancer on my left index finger,
which had to be cut out. I was left with a scar down my palm, as well as a
dent in my finger that’s still quite numb.”
KNEES
“My knees are quite wrinkly because my skin is
dehydrated from sunbeds. To keep them – and the rest of my body –
moisturised, I pour Johnson’s Baby Oil, £1.19, into my Jacuzzi bath every
morning.”
SKIN
“Tanned skin makes me look and feel better, so I’m always
brown. I alternate between using sunbeds and fake tan – I love St Tropez
Everyday Gradual Tan, £14. I spend 18 minutes a day on my sunbed at home. I
know it’s bad for me and I’ve noticed my skin’s drying out, but I can’t help
myself.”
