She said her family had got into a tricky situation - and the only way they were able to afford to put food on the table was because of her TikTok account.

She went on to explain that they had moved to a nicer area 200 miles form their previous home after her son, Tristan, was born as it was a better place to bring up a kid.

However, it meant that Chloe had to quite her job and her partner Josh had to relocate leading to a massive pay cut in his salary.

But the situation has become even more dire as Josh has now received a letter claiming he may be made redundant.

"So I am having a proper stress attack," she added.

"I don’t have any help with child care, because everyone else works, I can't get him into any nice nurseries, even if I did, I don't know if I can really afford it."

However the mum noted that she didn't need actual wads of cash form her viewers.

"The only way I'm putting food on the table at the moment is through any money that I make through TikTok," she explained.

Therefore, the mum was urging people to interact with her content as much as possible so she could make money through TikTok's creator fund.

TikTok bosses say: "The funds that each creator can earn are worked out by a combination of factors; including the number of views and the authenticity of those views, the level of engagement on the content, as well as making sure content is in line with our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

"No two creators or videos are the same, and there is no limit to the different kinds of content we will support with the fund.

"The Creator Fund total varies daily and is dependent on the amount of videos published by our community that day - so this will fluctuate based on the amount of content being published."

Chloe went on to explain: "Every time you see my content on the FYP (For You Page), any kind of, like, comment, share, repost, even a cheeky little follow, throws my content back on the FYP, and then more people see me.

"I feel embarrassed to ask, but this is the way that you guys can help me."

The clip posted to her account @newtomumclub has since gone viral with over 500k views and 90k likes.

People were quick to take to the comments helping the mum get more interactions so she could make more money.

One person wrote: "Commented following liked and reposted

"Another commented: "Liked, commented and reposted, get that coin."

"Watching again after every notification, " penned a third.
